Hardik Pandya is happy about India winning the T20 World Cup in cricket. His important bowling helped India win, and now he doesn't have as many fans criticizing him. He worked hard and wanted to be the best. Like Virat Kohli's fitness story, let's look at Hardik Pandya's fitness routine.
Pandya's day starts with yoga and strength exercises. "I wake up around 7-8 am, listen to Hanuman Chalisa seven times, and take a cold shower to wake up. I do yoga for about an hour, then meditate for 30 minutes. I go to the gym from 11:30 am to 1 pm," he told ESPN.
As a bowler in cricket, Pandya said he only watches TV during lunch. "After a 15-minute rest after exercising, I eat lunch for 45 minutes and watch TV. After a one-hour nap, I stretch and go back to the gym from 4 pm to around 6:30 pm. I'm home by 7 pm, reading or writing, and I go to bed at 9:30 pm."
Following his routine can help you too.
Saurabh Bothra, a yoga trainer and CEO, said some habits can help you grow. "Cortisol, a stress hormone, is highest in the morning. To have a calm day, do things like running, yoga, or exercise," Bothra said.
Bothra also said thinking about your day helps. "Meditation, deep breathing, and making a list can help you feel better," Bothra said.
